I've attempted Aconcagua...spent 2 nights alone at 19,500' in awful weather and decided to abort. I recently climbed Cotopaxi and Orizaba. I've climbed in the Cascades and am anxious to do more there. I am working on the SPS, DPS and HPS lists (almost finished with the latter, getting close on the DPS and many, MANY more to do on the SPS). I want to go back to Ecuador and try Chimborazo. I hope to go to Nepal in October and my BIG goal is to climb Denali. Oh, yeah, I still want to try Aconcagua again. I'm an Angeles Chapter Sierra Club leader...I level...working on my "M" rating.
